Cancellation Policy
We try not to stalk our clients for an appointment confirmation - we know there is nothing worse - and though we have no doubt about your integrity, we are finding more and more that its our unconfirmed clients do not turn up for their bookings, so for our peace of mind we prefer to ensure we have heard from everyone
For many of our clients its an automatic response as soon as they receive the text from us, however we understand that most of you will get back to us as soon as you have a moment - however sometimes this slips away and we don’t get your message back
We appreciate our clients have busy lives and that this is just one more thing to remember to do however due to the labour intensive nature of our hairdressing business, when you book an appointment with us we commit the time and skills of our highly trained professionals to take care of your hair.
Late cancellations and clients who fail to turn up to their booking affect us significantly, and so consequently, we have to adhere to a cancellation policy.
We understand that sometimes no matter how much you might be looking forward to your hair appointment, things change. Sickness, work commitments, family obligations can all get in the way. If a crisis occurs we will completely understand that you need to reschedule and will do everything to accommodate.
However, clients who just don't turn up, or cancel at the last minute affect use greatly and so we have had to implement a policy to counter this growing trend.
As a courtesy to you, we make every effort to confirm all appointments prior to the day of your booking.
We respectfully ask that you confirm your appointment within 48 hours of the booked time either via text, email or phone. If we are enable to confirm the booking we will contact you to advise that the appointment has been cancelled.
We need that 48 hours notice to give us time to fill the vacant spot
Should you not be able to give us 48 hours notice we will endeavour to fill your appointment time with someone else however this time has been allocated to you and therefore failure to give us sufficient notice or to make a scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost.
We hope you understand the value of our time and the necessity to ask for notice for as much notice as possible cancellation
