Life sometimes gets in the way of great hair...between lingering Covid-19, seasonal flu, family & work commitments there’s a chance you, our gorgeous salon guest, will at some stage be affected and have to cancel your hair appointment 

We know this frustrating for you…and frustrating for us, in fact it just pain for everyone!

Trying to manage a business and ensure our team can maximise their time is vital to our business...and we love that we can reserve and hold a spot for you in advance, however when we get a tonne of last minute cancellations it can have an adverse affect on us all.  

We operate fully on trust, or karma, whatever you want call it.  Sickness, work commitments, family obligations can all get in the way.
If a crisis occurs we will completely understand that you need to reschedule and will do everything to accommodate. 

But if you want to cancel because you wanted to stay in bed a bit longer, you have a hang over, or you picked up a last minute shift at work - be kind and respect the fact that we held your appointment and booked our stylists’ time for you - and come in!

Under normal circumstances as a Morgan & Morgan The Hair Collective guest you will be sent a confirmation text message 4 days prior to your appointment and we ask that (outside of last minute illness) any changes to the appointment are made upon receiving this message. 

With the large number of cancelations we are managing ever day it is more important than ever that you reconfirm you rebooked appointment time so that we can manage our time efficiently

Our confirmation messages (and your follow up), give us time to fill the vacant spot so that our teams talents don't go to waste, so please let us know as soon as you receive the first confirmation if you no longer wish for us to hold this time for you.
Our amazing team of colourists and stylists are reliant on the efficient use of their schedule and failure to give us sufficient notice or to make a scheduled appointment means they are left with wasted time⁠ ⁠

It’s been a tough few years for the service industry, but we have a huge promise to you: you will still leave Morgan & Morgan The Hair Collective feeling a million dollars with beautiful hair 😊  ⁠ ⁠
